"I first used Brad's services three years ago when I started investing in the Queensland property market. Up until this time I had always used my own bank and done the hard slog of running around trying to get all the bits of paper together, completed and signed. Arranging a mortgage was always a big task and then I could never be sure if I had obtained the best available package and rates at the time.

Normally I would not hear from Brad again until the bank had approved the Loan Application and all I had to do was to go into the local bank branch to sign the documents, although the First Choice Home Loans office staff would provide progress reports if there was any delay from the bank.
Brad's extensive knowledge of the industry and access to financial data not only ensured that I was always able to obtain the best loan but also any savings that were to be made.
Seven mortgages later I am still with Brad and have no intention of changing. Through his knowledge of the banking system and his personal contacts he has been able to assist me in building a substantial property portfolio and in the process has been able to save me thousands of dollars in fees, charges and higher interest rates that I don't have to pay.
The staff at First Choice Home Loans are a delightful and knowledgeable group of people to deal with and are always ready to help with any problem which I may have. When talking to the office team they make you feel that you are important to them and they cannot do enough to be helpful.
